EV Chargers Now Available at Warwick Castle

RAW Charging, the go-to electric vehicle (“EV”) chargepoint operator for the hospitality and leisure sectors, is proud to announce the installation of new EV charging facilities at Warwick Castle. Warwick Castle's picturesque 64-acre grounds provide the perfect setting for this latest advancement in sustainable travel and marks another step in RAW’s partnership with Merlin Entertainments.

Installation of six EV charging bays at Warwick Castle Stables Car Park

RAW already has another six bays in development, being delivered as part of Warwick Castle's new hotel.

The chargers will be available to both day visitors and hotel guests and will be installed later this year

This is the fourth of RAW’s installations for Merlin Entertainments

Follows successful installations at other Merlin sites, including 38 EV charging bays at LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort, 30 bays at Alton Towers & 12 bays at Chessington World of Adventures Resort.

Warwick Castle, named Large Visitor Attraction of the Year at the West Midlands Tourist Awards, draws 750,000 visitors annually from around the globe. The addition of EV charging facilities ensures that guests arriving in electric vehicles can fully enjoy their visit, knowing their vehicles will be charged and ready for the journey home.

The installation forms part of RAW’s partnership with Merlin Entertainments, installing EV chargers at five of the UK’s top attractions including Chessington World of Adventures Resort and Alton Towers. Visitors to Merlin Entertainments attractions who arrive via EVs can arrive with an empty battery and leave fully charged, making the most of their visit.
