RAW Charging has activated a new ultra-rapid EV charging hub at Merrielands Retail Park, Merrielands Crescent, Dagenham, RM9 6SR, in partnership with Aviva Investors. This marks the latest milestone in expanding high-speed charging infrastructure at prime retail destinations.

Merrielands Retail Park offers a convenient, amenity-rich destination for drivers to charge while shopping, working out, or dining. With a mix of 150kW and 300kW bays, visitors can benefit from fast, reliable top-ups while enjoying outlets such as TK Maxx, B&M, PureGym, Argos, Aldi and Farmfoods.

This launch strengthens the partnership with Aviva Investors to deliver essential EV infrastructure at high-footfall retail and leisure locations. The shared ambition is clear: make destination charging accessible and convenient while supporting the UK’s transition to zero-emission mobility.

RAW Charging works with leading commercial property owners, including Aviva Investors, SEGRO, Hammerson and Aberdeen, to provide turnkey solutions—from planning and grid connection to installation, operation and maintenance.
