Sign up to RAW Rewards in a few simple steps

Access to discounts and offers requires a ChargePoint account and the ChargePoint app.

Step 1: Sign up to ChargePoint

Sign up here and follow the instructions. Make sure to select 'with the app' for 'How do you want to charge?' You will be asked to join RAW Rewards and to provide your car registration number.

Step 2: Download the ChargePoint app

Download the app so you can access RAW Rewards on the go. ChargePoint will text or email you the link to download the app. You will be asked to join RAW Rewards and to provide your car registration number.

Step 3: Use your ChargePoint app to begin charging

Charging sessions must be started using the Chargepoint app. For any issues involving charging or accessing RAW Rewards, please head to our support page.

Frequently asked questions

Why do I need a ChargePoint account?

RAW Rewards is delivered through the ChargePoint platform. You'll need a ChargePoint account to locate chargers, start and pay for charging sessions, and access your RAW Rewards benefits.

Do I need to download the ChargePoint app?

Yes. The ChargePoint app is required to access RAW Rewards, find chargers, start charging sessions and receive your member benefits.

Can I use an RFID card instead of the app?

Yes. During sign-up, you can order a ChargePoint RFID card if you prefer a physical card. However, you'll still need a ChargePoint account and the app to access RAW Rewards and manage your account.

How do I start a charging session?

Once you've joined RAW Rewards and downloaded the ChargePoint app, simply select your charger in the app and start your charging session. If you have an RFID card, you can also use this to activate compatible chargers.

I already have a ChargePoint account. Can I still join RAW Rewards?

If you have a ChargePoint account and have accessed it via a connection since 30 June, simply follow the sign-up instructions to join the RAW Rewards driver programme and continue using the app while accessing exclusive RAW offers.

I'm having trouble creating my ChargePoint account. My email and/or phone number is already registered and I can't sign up.

Your previous account will have been disabled as part of the app access change if you were not in a connection on July 1st. Contact ChargePoint Driver Support to request that your original account is reactivated — requests are typically processed within 3 business days.

Do I need to join RAW Rewards to charge at RAW Charging locations?

You can still charge at RAW Charging locations using supported payment methods such as contactless and RFID cards, but joining RAW Rewards is required to access exclusive member discounts and offers through the ChargePoint app.
