Sign up to RAW Rewards in a few simple steps
ChargePoint app access is changing from 30 June.
To keep finding, starting and paying for charging across networks, you’ll need to be connected to a driver programme.
Follow the instructions below to join RAW Rewards, stay connected, keep full app access and unlock exclusive charging discounts and offers.
Step 1: Sign up to ChargePoint
Sign up here and follow the instructions. Make sure to select 'with the app' for How do you want to charge? You can also choose to order an RFID card if you prefer to have a physical card. You will be asked to join RAW Rewards and to provide your car registration number.
Step 2: Download the ChargePoint app
Download the app so you can access RAW Rewards on the go. ChargePoint will text or email you the link to download the app.
Step 3: Use your ChargePoint app or RFID card to begin charging
Access to discounts and offers requires a ChargePoint account and the ChargePoint app. Charging sessions must be started using the Chargepoint app. For any issues involving charging or accessing RAW Rewards, please head to our support page.

Username: Don't use your email address as your username
Postcode: If your postcode isn't accepted, toggle the country setting by deselecting and reselecting the UK, then re-enter your postcode.
